a wee card

for a special friend who likes all things scottish!!!
I knew I had this JN decoupage in my stash so wasnt too hard to decide what to use, and I teamed it up with some tartan backing paper.  Another go and distressing, but I just never am happy with my attmepts!

I want to use this for the challenges at
craft your days away - for a special lady
allsorts - for a special lady
crafty cardmakers - special birthdays
