and they layered it up on white and blue card before putting together

wanted to use this as a twist on the 'in the garden' challenge at creative inspirations

heres another of the kanban ladies I have decoupaged, I WILL USE MY STASH I WILL USE MY STASH I WILL USE MY STASH (my new mantra)
used the rest of my 12x12 paper from my bits box and added some blue chiffon ribbon and card candy, the sentiment came with the decoupage sheet

I am going to use this card for the CCC challenge - feminine in blue or green
and
moving along with the times - fashion challenge - used the pink image from Kanban for this challenge too!!

chillin out!

I coloured my stamped image with promarkers and layered it onto paper from my scraps box
added a sentiment and some card candy
and thought this is an ideal card for the challenge at
pixie dust for 'vacation time'

hodge heg

thought I would keep it simple since comming home, am a bit tired and got loads of bits to use up!
so with whats left from craft club a few weeks back I decided to use some up
cute companions I think is the make (have slept since then and still feel a bit seasick - need to get land legs back!)
used the double sided paper from the pack and layered it and added a ribbon before sticking to the card, then used a a scallopped scare cut from the cricut (winterwoodland cartridge) and finally added 2 little images already coloured for me

want to use this for the challenges at
crafty creations - at the bottom of my garden lives.....
and
diecut dreams - spring garden scene

teenage boy

I dont tend to do many boy or men cards but have been asked for a lot just lately so thought I had better do some!
heres an easy one I made using an image from greeting card factory
I had this stripy paper in my bit box but I'm not certain where its originally from now but it was a 12x12 once upon a time and its lovely thick quality paper, I love it!
I have made the sentiment on the computer and added some card candy

I am going to use it for the challenges at
and

thats it very straightforward to do but quite effective if I say so myself

sorry if there are spelling mistakes on this post as the dog has decided to welcome me home by sleeping on my knee!!

sketch Challenge DD

so sorry I am late this week in posting, only just got back from my cruise!! good enough excuse really, although think I will have to go back to sleep soon as I just cant get over the jet lag!

the challenge at DD this week is a sketch, its simple too so please go and have a go at it! theres some fab freebies in store too for you to use, as you have to use a DD image to join in

heres the sketch...
see told ya it was simple so no excuse!!

and heres what I came up with

I used the flower from the flower pack and coloured with promarkers and used a velvet brad on the centre. I  used paper from papermania, its a 12x12 sheet and is also double sided so had to take a deep breath before cutting into it
then I used a ready made sentiment and mounted onto the other side of the 12x12 and some cord underneath
so so simple to do

I would like to add this to the challenges at
CES - flowers and flutterbys
lexis creations - flowers
creative cottage - fab florals
trimmies challenge - colour challenge
